Please read the following Terms and Conditions before booking. Book your appointment directly through our calendar. Pick a time that works for you and we’ll confirm by email.
TERMS AND CONDITION
To ensure your preferred time and service are available, we kindly recommend booking in advance. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments to secure your time slot. This must be paid at least 24–48 hours prior to your booking to confirm and reserve your appointment. Walk-ins are welcome once we move into our studio, but we recommend giving us a quick call or sending a DM beforehand to check availability and make sure we can fit you in.
Please try to arrive about 10 minutes early so you have time to check in, pick your colours, and get settled. We do our best to stay on schedule, so if you’re running late your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee or loss of a bundle session. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a cancelled appointment and full charge.
We offer a one-week warranty on gel manicures. If you experience any issues, please send us a photo and we’ll be happy to assess and fix any chips we deem unreasonable within this time. After the warranty period, repair charges will apply. Please remember to treat your nails with care and a little love—good aftercare goes a long way in keeping them looking fresh and fabulous.
We kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late, to help us avoid any disruption to the schedule. We understand that delays can happen, but after 10 minutes we may not be able to guarantee your appointment. In some cases, your treatment may need to be shortened, and the full service price will still apply.
Please let us know of any allergies, skin conditions, or infections ahead of your appointment. All tools are sanitised between every client, and we follow strict hygiene protocols throughout the studio. We reserve the right to decline or shorten a service if we have any health or safety concerns.
